Run the loofah through water. Either put a few drops of body wash or rub some soap on it. Now start massaging the loofah in up ward circular motion starting from the feet and finish at the neck. Use firmer strokes on knees, elbows, buttocks.
Use daily or 2-3 times a week.
After each use, rinse thoroughly and air dry it.
Once it’s worn off, you can compost it with kitchen waste.
